On the 10th International Yoga Day, Aravind Yogalayam had the distinct honor of hosting an extraordinary
workshop at Oxford Matric Higher secondary School, aptly titled "Centennial Flow." This event marked a significant milestone as students set a
remarkable record by performing 100 asanas in just one hour.

The dedicated students of Oxford Matric School showcased their incredible focus, strength, and discipline
by successfully completing 100 asanas. This feat not only highlighted their physical capabilities but
also underscored the profound impact of yoga on their overall well-being.
