Aravind Yogalayam Established on October 2, 2008 by our Founder Sri. Balasubramanian.
Our AYM studio is a space where individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can come together to explore the transformative power of yoga.
Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to guiding you on your yoga journey. We modify the postures and sequences of advanced yoga to make it easy & clear for
our beginner practitioners.
We give individual attention and we send monthly reports to the practitioners regarding
their progression and fitness status.
PRENATAL YOGA During the second trimester we can guide you to do
prenatal yoga with care & support.
ALIGNMENT We conduct a posture alignment session monthly once.
We never repeat the same sequence in 30 days.
All our sessions are unique and we cover the entire body, breathing,
withdrawal of senses & mindfulness practices on different days.
