Glad to see practitioners from all batches actively participating in the weekend tasks such as cycling, running,walking etc., This shows that you are not limiting your effort only to class time but are building a healthy lifestyle beyond the mat.
Along with yoga practice, strength training plays a vital role in improving muscle strength, joint stability, endurance, and overall functional fitness. It supports better posture, injury prevention, and enhances the quality of our yoga practice as well.
To support your strength development, we have also introduced our monthly Strength Training subscription through our YouTube channel, where you can access guided sessions and practice regularly at your convenient time. We encourage everyone to make use of this resource and integrate strength training into your weekly routine.
