I Opted Aravind Yogalaiyam for weight loss.. Loved the flow of class with a mix of pranayam & asanas. The faculty were good. I specially loved the session by Marudhu Subash whose instructions were very clear. Master will make you practice such that you will get the interest naturally and it helps you to perform better. And have been so patient and punctual, provided lots of tips before closing for every day session. No matter what your problem is you will get the idea/solution here.
